The Quadro® Comil® Overdriven Series offers high capacities, narrow particle size distributions and less waste at a reduced cost of ownership. It has an unequaled track record for high-efficiency inline processing across a vast range of industries.

It is the original conical mill, invented by Quadro in 1976, for size reduction, deagglomeration and dispersion, separating and reclaiming, as well as bulk density adjustments.  Fully scalable from R&D to large production volumes with accuracy and repeatability of results.

It is the simplest and most economical Comil® to maintain and operate. Available in five models, the Overdriven has the widest capacity range and due to the largest number of screen and impeller options in the market it enables you to achieve almost any process requirements.

Overdriven Comil®

Here are some of the Overdriven Comil®  machines we have designed and built.

As well as meeting the requirements of cGMP, we want to ensure that the machines we develop are well designed and safe for the user, so we follow a variety of specific industry directives.

All Quadro products are designed and manufactured in a facility with an ISO 9001:2015 accredited Quality Management System. 

The scope of this Quality Management System applies to all processes and activities which are controlled, managed and performed by employees within the Quadro Engineering company. 

The current Certificate of Registration, reference Certificate No: CERT-0123529, has been issued by SAI Global and is effective to September 3, 2021.
